About Me

My own journey with Kinesiology began during a deeply challenging time in my life, when I was trying to fall pregnant. After experiencing three miscarriages, I felt that something was blocking me from carrying a baby to full term. I discovered Kinesiology almost by chance through a health forum.

Around the same time, I had recently lost both of my parents to cancer and I threw myself into research to improve my own health. Nothing makes you realise your own mortality more than losing a parent.

For much of my life, I would often say, “I never felt well,” even when I went to the gym 5 times a week, ate well and had less stressors in my life. I appeared healthy on the surface but I knew there were underlying imbalances.

After just three sessions with a Kinesiologist, I conceived and went on to carry my pregnancy to full term, welcoming my beautiful son into the world.

From that point on, whenever I faced a health challenge or an imbalance, I turned to Kinesiology and was consistently amazed by the results.

The impact it had on my life was so profound that I felt compelled to study this remarkable science myself. Today, I am privileged to support others on their own healing journeys. I gain immense joy from my work and believe it is my true calling.
