4. Online Bookings and Payments 

We offer online booking and payment facilities for both: 

  • In-person treatments 

  • Remote/online treatments 

By booking an appointment through our website, you confirm that: 

  • You are at least 16 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian (a disclaimer will need to be signed by the parent /guardian if under 16 years of age in clinic before we proceed to treat the child). 

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete. 

  • You agree to our cancellation and payment terms (as outlined in our Cancellations & Refund Policy). 

Payments 

All online payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.  When booking an appointment you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy: (II) you enter a legally binding contract to buy an appointment when you complete the check-out payment process. 

We reserve the right to: 

  • Refuse or cancel a booking. 

  • Reschedule appointments where necessary. 

  • Amend prices at any time (without affecting confirmed bookings already paid for). 

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds 

Cancellation and refund policies will be displayed at the time of booking. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the website.  Please note Remote/Online appointments due to their nature are non-refundable/non transferrable. 

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

The information provided on this website is for general information purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. 

Systematic Kinesiology and related therapies are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical professional.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that: 

  • You are responsible for your own (or your childs under 16) health decisions.

  • Supplements are not to replace any medication. You will consult your GP regarding supplements if you are/your child is taking medication.  

  • You will consult your GP if you/your child decide to come off medication.
