Gift Voucher & Colloidal Silver Policy 1. General Gift vouchers & Colloidal Silver purchased from Melanie Harris Kinesiology can be redeemed against our products/services only. They are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. 2. Refunds & Exchanges Gift vouchers & Colloidal Silver are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If you experience any issues with your voucher (for example, non-delivery or technical faults), please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund where appropriate. 3. 14-Day Cancellation Rights When purchasing a gift voucher or colloidal silver, you agree to immediate delivery/collection of the voucher/colloidal silver(collection only) and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right to cancel. By completing your purchase, you consent to the voucher being issued immediately or the colloidal silver being bottled for you and acknowledge that you may lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 4. Validity & Expiry Gift vouchers are valid for [6 months] from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Please ensure you book an appointment well in advance to ensure there is availability. 5. Use of Vouchers Vouchers may be used in full or part (remaining balances may be retained where applicable). No cash alternative will be given for any unused balance. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. 6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers. 7. Business Changes In the event that Melanie Harris Kinesiology is unable to provide the products/services associated with the voucher or provide the bottle Colloidal Silver, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund where required. 8. Gift Voucher is void if there is a no-show to your redeemed appointment slot 9.
